Has anybody made McCann from "The Rotten Egg"

I was watching some GI JOE the other day and I thought this would be a good figure to make for a custom. Has anybody attempted this guy yet? Btw, I tried to find a picture but I couldnt find one online.

A McCann and Leatherneck comic 2 pack would be pretty sweet.

I would like to make a Mccann custom figure. I would think that the Red Star head (and maybe body?) would work? A admiral type hat from Alyosha would probably work too.
