Called the Canton Target, they actually went into the warehouse, found an ultimate battpack and held one for me. The operator on the phone said they had 3 total as of 8pm today. Went into the store, asked about the others ( cause my HISS Driver's head was broken off in the package ) and they said mine was the last one-their computer systems hadn't updated. Anyone wanna take a chance to call them tomorrow, they might still have some left.

My wife picked one up for me at the Canton store as well this afternoon. As far as quantities go, I have no idea what they had. Unfortunately, she's holding it hostage for X-Mas so I can't play with it yet. :(

Well, at least youre lucky enough to have a wife who would buy one for you. Alley Viper dropped off one he picked up for me yesterday, and my wife saw how much they cost when I paid him. The very first thing she said afterwards was "you owe me".

Two battle packs at least at Easton Target in C-Bus. I passed; too expensive for me. The Sawmill Toys R Us had many Crimson Guard and Greenshirt sets. I passed on everything. All I want for christmas is four more BATs! And maybe a Rattler or two...

Thanks Fred V. I actually live near Youngstown and I used to hit parts of Pittsburgh regularly on my toy hunts. Living near the state line makes many things accessible. You don't have to be from Ohio to make the gatherings either. If you're a JOE fan and can make it out, then you are always welcome. Next time we have one at my house, I'll drop you a line..I'm about 1.5 hours away from Pittsburgh so I'm not that far from you. Last night's gathering was just over an hour drive for me and well worth it. Maybe we'll catch you in the future.

I am originally from PA and I wish we could get more guys from out that way. We have had people come from as far west as Iowa for our meets... PA is really alot closer...

nvm, ran out there real quick and scored a Pyramid of Darkness set. Must've missed the Arise, Serpentor, Arise one. Were these Wave 3 and 4 ones? The Arise, Serpentor, Arise and Pyramid of Darkness ones or did they also have the Best of DVD set also?

If it was sets 3 and 4, this is the third time they have been stocked with them but I haven't seen the fifth set yet. The DVD packs really sell well in Alliance for some reason.

BTW, I have extra sets of ASA and PoD DVD packs MIB if anybody is interested.

found wave 11 this morning at target polaris & graceland 2 cases at graceland 1 at polaris also 1 wraith ,1halo ,1 bazooka troop, at romehilliard ,also the same 3 at stringtown road wal-mart and ,without even trying i got 3 treasure hunts too ,tons of swag now i can relax for a couple days, i think i drove at least 88 miles from start to finish ,oh yeah i went to other targets in town too but nothing so maybe tomorrow rome hilliard,cemetaryroad,west broad street,stringtown road, will put out i didn't go to easton but maybe later good-luck everyone......."damn you hasbro"

For you central Ohioans, the Toys R Us on Groves Road and Hamilton on the eastern side of Columbus has wave 2 of the Senior Ranking Officers three-packs. They also had some of the wave 1 packs, but at this point, I figure nobody needs those. They also had some random older comic packs and a couple of Spirits. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on those SRO packs.

The Walmart in Canal Winchester had wave 7 comic packs, I picked up two viper/grenadiers troop builders.

Now, it might just be me, but doesn't it seem like random cases of single figures waves 5-11 are just popping up everywhere? I have seen a lot of wave 5 figures lately. Anyone else notice this?

Target out in reynoldsburg had some new figs as of last night. Paratrooper, Bazooka Trooper, Zartan, Airborne, Pilot Scarlet (1 of each) but they were mostly all bent to heck and back so I passed. Funny how they showed up right after the sale is done.

Meijer next to Target in reynoldsburg has only a couple peg warmers. BUT! they have filled three pegs with those funky VvV reissues (is that what they are?) and they are hanging on the 25th anniv. $6.99 pegs even though they are what about $2.99? I don't see that Meijer ever restocking since those crap figs are going to block the way.

that's crap! they were released in Dollar General for $2.99 or less, and I saw them at Kroger for $2.99! Someone is not paying attention and just stocked them in as 25th figs, which means they're in as inventory too! so no re-order until they're gone. I hope this is only limited to a few stores, and I'm sure it will be - most store staff are not that dumb.

Hey, guys. Long time member of TFW and been lurking around here since the site went live.

Just dropping a line that we've started some threads at the Toyark for toy sightings for non-Joe lines. If you want to crosspost your sightings over there as well as here, we'd appreciate it. This will help build up the Toyark and help bring in non-Joe fans and collectors to the sightings network. Also, if you have any suggestions for additional threads for other lines, let me know there.

If you're registered here at the Tank, your member name and password is good there. At the least, if you subscribe to those threads you can get an e-mail notification like we get here for Joes. Every little bit helps, especially as toy shelves are ravaged by Christmas shoppers.

EDIT: Almost forgot. Yesterday, Wal-Mart at Sugarcreek had several new shipments of waves 9-11, including four B.A.T.s! One went home with me, but the others are still there for you troop builders. Sadly nothing else of note, beyond a couple Mutt and Junkyards.

dark tidings: target and walmart in Heath have gone to ONE peg only for single carded Joes. They used to have 4. I know the Christmas shopping season is upon us and empty pegs are no good for business, but still.... not a good thing to see.

Just went to wal-mart georgesville road,stringtown road, found resolute 2 duke, 2 cobra troopers ,2 blowtorch,1 cobra-commander, 2 torch's ,1 firefly,1 para-viper,1 comic pack gung-ho/cobracommander that's a lot of miles for those who are keeping track, plus i live in worthington south high wal-mart had shit and rome-hilliardwal-mart/target had less than nothing ...... You know that kind of sucks i finished wave 11 before i did wave 10, now im half way done with wave 13 before i get any wave 12 ,not that im complaining ,but it's kinda bullshit if you think about it oh well at least gas is cheap later........ 4-8-15-16-23-42

Steelyard Walmart has all the new comic packs. Only one beat up line of wave 13. They all have the same two creases on the card but still good to open. I grabbed the blowtorch to open. They also have remainders of wave 11.

Not sure how many may still be looking for Bats or Snow Serpents or that wave but I saw some this morning in Martins Ferry at Deluxe Novelty.

It's a small local family owned toy store that hasn't had much of anything in years so I was shocked today to see all of that wave. Bats, Snow Serpents, Hawk, Barbeque, Ninja-Ku, Bazooka and a Flash.

Scored BIG tonight! My uncle works at the Strip Wal-Mart in Canton and he opened up a box of Joes for me with Wave 1 2009. Got all of the Resolute figs and Blowtorch. Tusc Wal-Mart also had a box of 2009 sitting in the middle of the very last pallet on the floor near toys if anyone wants to head over there.

Also, I have been having trouble finding series 10, 11, 12 around here and have a few items for trade like a black headed Destro CP, Wave 1 Flint, loose Bludd from either the dvd battlepack and the Destert Conditions pack. As well as a few others. If anyone wants to trade, send me a pm. I will also be making a complete list of wants and haves in the near future on the Buy/Sell/Trade thread.

Couldn't sleep so I ran to the Wal Mart in Avon and hit the wave 13 jackpot!! it seemed like 4 fresh cases of it!! I picked up a set and an extra resolute trooper and Firefly. I left everything else on the pegs as of 2:45 a.m. They also had the DVD set with quick kick. If you bring the Kmart add from sunday they will pricematch it at 14.99!! Happy hunting!

Not to spoil the "all the new stuff you can eat" love fest up in Cleveland or anything, but down here in eastern central ohio...sigh.. I went on a very rare "hunt" today... mostly just to have a nice drive. 3 Walmarts, 2 Targets, and one TRU with just revision waves, and remnants to show for it. A couple places still only have one peg for single figs. :P This is why I get things online. I did enjoy the drive though, so there's that.

If anyone in the area is looking for SRO2, the Heath TRU has a lot of them (now that the sale is over.)

Found DVD Packs 1-5 at Wal-Mart in Hillsboro Along with Comic Packs Beachhead-Dataframe, CC -Gung-ho, Deep 6-Rock n Roll,

Had some luck at Krogers too...Found Beachhead, Bats, and some others there....

Target on Fields Ertl in Cincy had 5 Ultimate Battle Packs

Has anyone in Central Ohio (Columbus, Newark, Grove City, Springfield, Deleware, etc.) seen a Skyhawk or Water Moc.? I know they hit up in Cleveland and elsewhere in the country. It seems to me that we are stuck with wave 1 vehicles everywhere. Now that I think about it, I've only seen "anything not wave 1" once when I saw a Firebat and white Sharc at the Sawmill Rd. Meijer. Otherwise it's Hiss, Pod and Serpentor everywhere.

For what it's worth, Easton Target had a Resolute CC. I left him behind because... can you guess? Bent card. It's so pointless! There were four pegs of Joes, but that one new one is all bent up. It's so clear that someone did it on purpose. I'm sick of benders. Idiot. Who does he/she think is being helped by doing that??

There were a couple Rattlers there too if anyone is still looking.

Found the Dataframe/Beachead and Scrap Iron/Wild Bill 2pks @ Canton Target tonight. They had Cobra disguise Flint, but I left him there. Still no luck on Wave 10, 11 & 12 for me.

They finally got the wave 2 SRO packs and they had a ton of them, the only bad thing was every Wild Bill had the worst paint apps on his face I have ever seen the sunglasses were half flesh color and half black on every pack they had and all the Deepsix paint apps on his face were horrible too. They will be on sale Sunday and Monday for 8.99 again. All the wave 2 and wave 1 SRO packs are in-stock there.

I scored a Trakker at Target in Beavercreek....they had a few Paravipers, Cobra Bazooka and Cobra Flints....

TRU next door had tons of Army Builder sets and 3 packs....

Wal-mart in Xenia had a Torch and after looking at his "Freeballin" I decided I'll get the Comic pack insted with Ripper and save a few bux...They also had the Blue Firefly...That's about as close as I've came to the new wave....I was hoping to score a Blowtorch and some Resolutes...

Alot of Wal-marts I've been to don't even carry any vehicles....

marshalls is a generic departmennt store here in columbus and i assume other such places like cleveland maybe mayfield heights or solon have one i.d.f.k. ........... by the way i found wave 12 at target polaris this morning scored 3 divers,3 green ninja vipers,3 cobra troops,2 ripper's,2tripwire's,3p.p.c.g. ,and a mutt&junkyard that's it later

Just found the Water Moccasin @ Tusc Wal-Mart in Canton.

You must have went there right after I did because I got the Firebat and the Ghost Hawk earlier but left the Sting Raider and Sharc Tooth. I couldn't pass up the vehicles at $11.96. So far only Tusc. and Massillon Walmart have them on "clearance".
