Found a case of WAVE 7 today at Walmart! Appears there were three vipers in the case, two snake eyes, and Wild Bill was missing. I assumed they subbed in an extra viper for Wild Bill.

I haven't seen anything in Portsmouth, but I did see 6 Snake Eyes at the WalMart in Huntington, WV over the weekend. I picked up 2.

Usually I hit Portsmouth, Waverly, and Chillicothe in Ohio, Ashland in KY, and Huntington in WV. Decent area with 5 Walmarts, 1 Target and 1 Toys-R-us. Too much driving though. I can't wait to get back to Cincinnati this Winter.

It's been zip for Wave 7 here for me in Columbus. Two weeks of it even. Wallyworld, TRU, Target, Meijer, KMart and a few other places but no luck. What the hell? Seems like you guys have had good luck in other parts of the state. I guess we only got one case per store or something absurd like that. The old line of living in a big city with 10x the stores meaning LESS selection or chance to get figs holds true I guess. I'm burnt out on hunting, so I'll wait for a sighting of BBTS boxes at my doorstep.

He's gone :(. I checked on my way home tonight and moraine WM pegs were empty. Checked Miller Ln at lunch, only saw Scarlet, CC (hooded and helmet), and a Shipwreck.

I did manage to find Wave 7 last night at Sugercreek WM. There were only 2 vipers and 1 SE, all with slight creases in their cards. I bought them cause it was my first find of them.

I've not seen a hint of anything at any Dayton target. They are all cleaned out of peg-warmers and everything.

I gave up the hunt 2 weeks ago due to the overwhelming scalper movement and absurd gas prices.

I sometimes speculate that the only reason I keep finding empty pegs everywhere is that these people are operating together. IE, one team of 3 united scalpers can easily knock out 3 Targets simultaneously at store opening.

Meanwhile, I am already at work trying to sift through my workload!!!!

Everything for me is online or bust from this point forward.

Sorry about that. It was Stringtown Target in Grove City. I bought 2 of the Vipers, but I'm sure the others are gone now too. I bet the Vipers will be easy to find eventually since they're 2 per case in this wave and there's 1 in the next wave.

EDIT: thursday night. I got some wave 7 finally!! target at polaris. no cobra troops. One each of Spirit and Wild Bill, bought those. Two Dukes, got one. And like 9 Snake Eyes figs. They must have got quite a few cases to have that many SE figs on the hooks. I would have liked a viper, but I can live to find another day. This makes the first real retail score in about a year or more for carded figs. I hope it's not my last.

It is a good idea in THEORY, but when you mix in the legal questions it raises and the fact we're on the Hasbro Q&A list, that is visibility we necessarily do not want now. K-Mart in Lancaster has none of the new wave of vehicles. They do have a few older comic packs (but they did get wave four because I got the Copperhead/SW pack) at some point. They do have all of wave seven, with the exception of HISS driver.

Target in Lancaster has a few older comic pack (many less than the last time I was there however, so that's a good sign). They also have some of wave 7 and 8, but not any of the sought after guys.

Wave 9 has officially hit the Cleveland area! Went out early this morning on a hunt! Hit up 4 Wal Marts....
Parmatown: All of wave 7(about 3 cases worth) and Wave 9 except BAT and Snow Serpent(Sorry guys).I bought 1 of each that was left. They also had the wave 4 comic packs for those of you interested! And 12 Inch figs as well.
Brookpark: All of wave 7(2 cases) and partial wave 9-no BATS or serpents when I got there. There was a serpentor and breaker vehicle 2 pack for 14.96 as of 8:00 A.M.
Great Northern: All of wave 7 again (I bought 2 hiss drivers, left one.) All of wave 9 besides BAT and serpent, i got the last one of each.
Avon: Partial wave 7 and partial wave 9...I left a snow Serpent on the pegs as of 8:30 A.M.
So I bought 2 BATS 2 snow serpents and 2 Hiss drivers all together.
They also had wave 4 comic packs at the Target in North Olmsted as of yesterday, they were in rather good shape too! Hope this gets you guys off your butts!!!!

Walmart on the south end of Newark, OH. That's in Heath actually. Had the biggest stock of Joes I've ever seen (since the 80's anyway). Four full pegs! over 2 dozen cards! Thanks for the heads up, finished off Wave 7. When I was there this morning, they had Wave 9, whole set that the cards were beat to hell and bent, so I picked them up for my kids. I left a Snow Serpent and Barbecue on nice cards though, if you need them. There might also be a Ninja-Ku, not sure as I didn't want that one and I was a bit overwelmed and had my arms full of figures. Have to say Wave 9 is awesome, the quality of the figures far surpasses any wave so far, hopefully it'll stay that way for future waves.

I saw that Toys R Us had a spot for them on the shelf under the SRO three pack and next to the Cobra Night Watch sets. This was yesterday (Saturday) that I noticed this and I was at the TRU Friday and there was no spot for the vehicles.

They are $15.99 each and TRU had three price stickers and a lot of shelf space cleared for them. I didn't see them but it has been my experience that this TRU doesn't put out the price stickers unless they get the item(s) in.

On a side note, they also had a bunch of the new 12" GI Joe Military figures beside where the vehicles were.

The Target coupons were only supposed to be issued to a certain number of people via an email promotion but it somehow got on the internet and many more were using the coupon. But the worst part of it all was people changed the coupon (removed the toy purchase part) and were using it to buy general merchandise instead.

Check out the signs at Target at the cash registers regarding the coupon and you see how people defaced them in order to buy anything in the store with them.

Hey Guys I don't know if you know but, amazon. com has all of the new vehicles priced at 14.99 each with NO TAX and FREE Shipping on orders over 25.00... So that is CHEAPER than running around town burning gas and you will literally pay less than buying them at walmart or toys r us. I ordered mine yesterday, Hopes this helps!

Thanks onefastbird95 for the tip, I might just do that for the vehicles. Target in Belden Village and Wal-Mart on the Strip still had most of the wave 4 comic packs on the shelves. I got one of the Strom Shadow/Firefly sets, but passed on the rest. This was towards closing for both stores, so if you need any and can get there when they open tomorrow, you might have a good shot at 'em.

Thanks onefastbird95 for the tip, I might just do that for the vehicles. Target in Belden Village and Wal-Mart on the Strip still had most of the wave 4 comic packs on the shelves. I got one of the Strom Shadow/Firefly sets, but passed on the rest. This was towards closing for both stores, so if you need any and can get there when they open tomorrow, you might have a good shot at 'em.

Yeah Man I LOVED the dark knight, on my list of my top three favorite movies of all time. I never have seen tinseltown so crowded in my life.

Yeah the amazon deal is pretty sweet... I just don't understand why they offer the vehicles and not wave 9? I just hope that Hasbro releases a whole lot more supply of wave 9 within the next month, because so far it has been pretty dry and I have been wasting A LOT of time searching!

hey bott...i went to the mayfield target today at like 115 pm where do the have the vehicles at.....i couldnt find a spot. all i saw was a snake eyes and cobra commander. oh and some guy buying a spirit.....i even looked up front by the registers....

They're at TRU, not Target. Lots of new shelf space for Joes at TRU.

I live in Ohio and figure I should also post this here for those close enough. The Target store in the Highlands in Wheeling(or Tridelphia, depending on who you ask) has gotten a shipment of the battle packs as well as the 12" figures. Nothing in the way of wave 9. In fact they only had a carded CC and a soldier and a couple really old Comic packs.

Target in Lancaster (SE of Columbus) has both of the DVD packs on the shelf (I got the other two!); three crappy old comic packs and one each of the HISS and the Trouble Bubble pack. No singles. They are in the middle of their toy reset, but the Joe stuff is already out.

West Broad Target Columbus has four dvd packs, 2 of each Lady Jaye and /Baroness, plus vehicle packs. I left one Black Hiss and one Serpentor Chariot pack. Also they have all wave 4 comic packs. Georgesville Rd Walmart had nothing, but did have tags for vehicles and DVD packs. Target had shelf space cleared for Clone Wars roll-out, so I expect tomorrow might be a good day to see new Joes as well.

Macedonia Target had the most Joe stock I've ever seen, but nothing new for me. Couple comic packs, lots of Wave 7 (tons of Vipers, few Dukes, Spirits, Snake Eyes), and the Serpentor/Armadillo vehicle set.

Hopefully the Mayfield Target will have a real reset soon resulting in the 6 single pack pegs present there, instead of moving the two single pack pegs to a different location.

was in westlake today in the drugmart and found hiss driver,spirit,comando snake eys,2 vipers and 2 dukes plus they had comic packs duke vs red star 2 firefly vs storm shadow destro and breaker and battle damaged snake eyes vs storm shadow just thought was an odd place to find them

Wal-Mart in St. Clairsville has the vehicles, the 12" and some wave 9. Mostly Barbecue, Bazooka, Wild Bill and Torpedo repacks. Also saw a Ninja Ku but no more Snow Serpents and never did see a Bat.

Toledo/Bowling Green area has not seen wave 9, comic book wave 4 or 5 yet. I've seen the shelf tag for the DVD packs, but no product. This is checking two TRU, three Meijers and Targets, two Wal-Marts, and a K-Mart nearly daily.

NorthOlmsted- Remnants of wave 9 and the wave 5 comic packs!!! Found the black headed destro/IG and the tripwire/CC. still 1 Tripwire/CC pack and a damaged snow serpent as of 9:20 p.m.
There are tons of wave 7 around these parts!

For anyone in COlumbus still looking for CP Wave 4 or Wave 7 Walmart on Morse road by Easton is freaking jam packed full of them. I mean like 10 vipers and about 4 sets of CP wave 4! It was most Joe stuff I have seen!

Toys r Us in Lima had three new comic packs, Falcon's, Tripwire's and Destro's. The DVD packs were there as well as the Armadillo and Chariot set. For those the are Transformers fans, there was the next wave of animated deluxes (Jazz, Soundwave, Snarl and Oil Slick) and one each of the Universe Ultras.
