What if Major Bludd is patient X?

Remember, Major Bludd lost an eye. And he always has his right arm covered. What if Cobra lured him to a regenerative replacement program, injected him with "venom x", and he has a reptilian left eye and right arm? It would only make him cooler.

I think whoever it is, the character has to be a weapon they can control because that's their current MO. I'm thinking Nemesis Enforcer or Overkill (as a half Bio Viper instead of BAT)

Who else would be in need of a medical breakthrough?

As for Ripcord? Uh - that episode didn't suggest anything about the cure fixing being blown up. Only that engineered disease.

I was just going to type this as I read the first 2 pages of the thread, but you did it all for me!

At first I thought maybe it might be Ripcord, but then as someone brought up CC, I remembered him trying on that chameleon suit that now only works for Zartan. I forgot about Breaker saying he had scales. So I think that we are definitely on to something, EXCEPT -- wouldn't pateint X be a test subject, and would CC really let them do tests on him with something that hasn't been proven to bring about the result that he wants? I might be misunderstanding, but I took it that patient x was a guinea pig (metaphorically speaking).
