Im sure its been all over the news, Im suprised no one made a thread in here, so I figured I would just for those who was familiar with him.

He died the day before yesterday I believe, he was in his early eighties.

I didn't know his work real well until I got older and went back and watched some of his movies, I was pretty young when he was big.

I loved him in Blazing Saddles, and him and Conway's antics always stuck out in my mind from the Carol Burnett show.

When I worked as an NBC Master Control Operator, I got to watch reruns all the time, and it really made me appreciate the show, as well as the actors.

Was a pretty sad day to us who are old enough to remember him, and to our parents generation. :(
