Not sure how to go about this, i have a mess of 'extras' that are MISB and MOC. I'll post images of what I would like to offer for bounty for the winner. I will want the winning final entry.
Winning entry must contain all four characters.

want to know who is interested before i start running this out and hoping a few admins will step in and help me make this happen (correctly).
If i'm completely out of line with this post, tell me how to go about this right. But, right now, really just want to test the waters, and really really want these figures for my shelf.
holla back, you customizers are the best of the best that i've ever seen.
And by all means if this thing gets running, feel free to cooperate and work together if you want to split the bounty.
Hope to see some posts of interest.
Thank you for your time.

I'm very intrigued to see how this plays out.
You would be better off commissioning someone to make these 4 figures than holding a contest to see who can make the best of these 4 figures.
What you're asking for isn't really a contest and is potentially a lot of work for someone, you might want to offer cash(say $50 per figure) instead of "extras"(I'm assuming those are the same extras we all have already anyway ?)
Who is willing to make these 4 figures to potentially not be the winner, and not get anything in return ?
Are you willing to compensate all the non winners that enter ?

i'm including a shock trooper, lowlight and a sand serpent, the desert ram, Resolute Cobra 7-pack then a mess of carded figures.
but if anyone is also willing to step up to the plate and make it happen, they'll get their $$$ worth... i think...
but if this is coming across as me sounding cheap or the likes, i don't mean to. Just seeing what could be the most fun.
if you will leave this post up, then let's consider this a call to arms for any customizer interested and feel free to post.

hmmm
I can envisage a lilith and maybe brick but mordecai will be a beeyatch to do, roland might be easier than I think .
I love borderlands (all 1750 achievement point obtained on xbox), so not sure I could part with these if I finished them but was looking for a new inspiration for a project so we'll see

I gotta agree with TTT. For one, you're going to be hard pressed to find enough people interested in participating. What happens when a few people enter and/or you don't like any of the customs, will you still go through with it? The La Chupacabra custom contest is a good example of that happening.
Customizers really aren't getting much of a choice in what they make or a chance to be really creative. In order to 'win', you have to complete customs of all 4 characters based on the references provided. That's a lot to ask of entrants for one contest. Also, not everyone is going to be interested in the subject matter because it's not GI Joe related.
My advice is to find customs that you like and then contact the customizer who made them to see if they would make them for you. I can't speak for everyone, but I would charge at least a $100 (cash or trade) per figure based on those pictures. Between the parts, sculpting, and paint, there is going to be a lot of work involved.
Maybe hit up Lucard for some advice. He rewards extremely handsomely for customs. You wouldn't believe what he traded for the Snake-Eyes and Timber I made.

HELL YES, i'm in. I l-o-v-e-d this game, and have wanted to make the players from it forever. This may just be my motivation. If the contest gets pulled or anything, i'm definitely willing to make these for commission!

alright I'm kinda hooked on the concept of this right now,
been thinking all night about parts
lilith and roland are pretty much sorted, mordecai I had a flash of inspiration about but brick's body is causing frustration
I'm happy to give this a go if you're happy with a little creativity on their looks
I'm gonna need some help with parts from 'tankers though
