Go to a craft store and buy dry rub decals. I think Michael's has them. Paint over the old name and add the new.

Here are a couple of threads on the tank that I've found that deal with this. Have not tried it yet, but I will soon and I'll just purchase the Avery clear mailing labels and try it that way.
