comic pack copperhead :(

well i had just purchased all the wave 4 comic packs and opened em. i was testing out the joints and my copperheads leg fell right off! it was just the first time i had ever had a joint break before i had even moved its joints at all. i took another look at his knee joints and they're like roadblocks and don't have a double joint. the joint is also in their in sort of a weird position. Is there any way to fix this broken knee joint??

glue. Copper head is a remold of roadblocks upper body and arms, and a retool(modified) of his legs. And sorry to say but I dont think anything but glue or buying a another set is gonna fix it. unless you want to get crazy and find a pin, drill holes etc etc.

how is it a retool (modified) of his legs? thats like saying they took stalkers legs to make dukes legs. Did you mean they made new legs?

Roadblock's legs are smooth and do not have a holster on the right leg. Copperhead's legs have a holster, and have a sort of ribbed pattern on them as well. Therefore, retool.

My Torch or Ripper (can't remember) had a bum right knee (the peg was completely out of the socket on the lower part of the double joint piece) and I just glued it. Don't really mind, if I want a movable leg one, I'll just buy another.

if you have doc then just put him on the stretcher copper head can be POW or amputee.

Hey I had a similar problem with Hawk from the comic pack. It was something to do with the way he was put in the packaging, when I took him out his leg was twisted then when I was posing him it broke off! :(

I think it is just unfortunate and you picked up a bad one, sorry to hear it dude...

Same thing happened with my W1 Snake Eye's wrist. Took him out, positioned the wrist and ripped right off :(

Never liked the Battle Pack SE, so I just swapped arms...granted kinda' hard to do with Copperhead.

thanks for the advice guys and Cobra-Viper the figure is almost exactly like the classic one. you won't be disappointed (unless your copperhead's leg breaks off too)its actually really well done just don't like his useless roadblock hands

Whats the breakage like? If its a broken knee peg, it might still be fixable but it will be difficult.

Hey, chill on it for a second. These things will be plentiful in a few weeks... what you should do is wait till then, buy a new set, swap the broken one, and return them. Let the service counter know its broken.

That way, you won't risk losing your Copperhead if you send him back to Hasbro. Who knows what will happen if you do that.

Best advice thus far! Take it back. Even your money back and no comic-pack for the mean time is better than a broken toy you'll most likely have to glue in place permanently anyway. Best to just return it for a refund. Walmart especially is really great about refunds.

For the highest prices in history to be paid for a GI JOE figure... you'd sure think these would be higher quality!! High quality = high price? (yeah I know about oil prices making plastics more expensive)...

$7+ JOES shouldn't be falling apart. Viper is a POS, Hasbro shot themselves in the foot. I know I can't be the only one that decided not to army build Vipers.

I think my Copperhead has the same breakage. Is it on the part where the lower leg connects at the knee joint? The hole that the peg goes through is broken open. In hindsight, it was definitely broken before I opened it.

I wonder how widespread this is?
