I know what you guys are thinking, another Sgt. Slaughter, but after seeing G.I. Eddie's and everyone elses custom I had to make myself one. I decided to use the cartoon version of the sarge as my template.

I sculpted the hat out of tamiya putty and made the whistle out of 30 gauge wire and solder. The sunglasses are made out of styrene (I still need to use some 30 gauge wire to make the ear frames). The formula I used was abercromie pants and gap tank top. I kid :D Here's my formula:

Roadblock
- upper torso
- upper legs
- arms

Duke
- lower legs
- gun holster

Gung Ho
- head

I wanted to use roadblocks long legs to give sarge a proper height. Dukes lower legs joints didn't fit properly so I had to use putty around the joints, drill and sanded them to fit properly. So now sarge has a good height over the joes and has the correct boots as well. I also filled in the left pocket hole with putty. This being my 1st 25th joe custom, it was a learning experience and one of the most fun time I had making something. I built mostly models cars and mechs, but I'll definetly be making more joe customs in the future.

Thanks for the comments guys. Yes believe or not it is my 1st joe custom. Like I've said i've built model cars and I tend to make tweaks to them as well so its not my 1st time sculpting.

Cannon Fodder, I would build you one but honestly I still need a lot of work on my painting skills before I can make any figure for someone. Sorry. Let me get a few more customs under my belt and I'll let you know.

looks good. Real good. You know it makes me wonder how the RB arms would look with Shipwreck's lower arms?

Great work for a 1st time. First I saw gunslingers Renegades and now your Sgt. Slaughter. Hasbro's gotta make a 3 or 4 pack of these boys.

I think it would look good since shipwreck's lower arms are more detailed than RB
