GI Joe episodes on Youtube?

I remember a while ago someone on this site was talking about watching the cartoons on Youtube. He said all the seasons were up, but I can't find them and was wondering if anyone could help me out? I've only ever seen the first season and would love to see some of the second!

I watched some DIC episodes on youtube about a week ago. they were in 8 minute clips. so they are out there on youtube

There was a thread that someone made that talked about watching them all online. You could not download them but you could watch them. If it is okay with the MODS, I could post a link. Remember, you cannot download them but watch them. I will wait and see what they say before I post. I do not want to break a rule or anything.
