Make your own Staff

Next up in the series is the Staff.
Difficulty: 1/5

Step 1. Tools and Supplies:
Small Saw
File/Sandpaper
3/32" Tubing

Step 2. Cut:
Cut a 4 1/2" piece of 3/32" tubing. Sand the ends.

Step 3. Paint:
Now, it's time to paint. I'm using Testors Model Masters Acrylics. First, prime the staff. Then paint the whole thing flat black or a wood color. Once the paint dries, seal it with Testors Glosscote or Dullcote.

Step 4. Detail:
Alternatively, you can add detail like bands (http://www.hisstank.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10567) to the ends for an Iron Staff. Or for a real challenge add wraps (http://www.hisstank.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10567) to the staff. Don't forget you can fill the holes with green stuff too.
