Make your own Tonfa

Next up in the series is the Tonfa.
Difficulty: 2/5

Step 1. Tools and Supplies:
Small Saw
Sand Paper/File
Super Glue
3/32" Tubing

Step 2. Cut:
Cut two sections of tubing, 1 3/16" and 3/8". Sand the ends of both pieces.

Step 3. Attach:
Glue the 3/8" piece onto the 1 3/16" piece. The middle of the end of the 3/8" piece should be 3/8" from the end of the other piece.

Step 4. Paint:
Now, it's time to paint. I'm using Testors Model Masters Acrylics. First, prime the weapon. Then paint the whole thing flat black. Once the paint dries, seal it with Testors Glosscote or Dullcote.

Step 5. Detail:
If you want you can add some wraps to the handle and fill the holes on the ends with green stuff.
