Need some info and help for a project

I'm going to do dreadnok Prison Mugshots.

I just need some input for some info.

On each mugshot it will say Date of birth, eye color, height, weight, etc.

I'm doing ripper first
What should i make his eye color, weight, height and D.O.B?
Or should i put D.O.B unknown?

Also what state police should they be arrested by?

Same goes for Buzzer, roadpig, torch, and Monkeywrench.
Those are who i am doing.

Well they are a Florida based gang down in the Everglades so it should probably be a county sheriff from around there.

Well (assuming these mugshots would be taken in this day and age) I think Ripper's birthyear should be between 1966-1971. I'd say Ripper has brown eyes, black hair, was about 5'11" and maybe weighed about 195 lbs. For Buzzer I'd make his birthyear around 1970-1974 and would say he has blue eyes, blonde hair, was 5'9" and weighed 185 lbs. Torch would be born between 1968-1973 and has brown hair, brown eyes, would be 6'0" and would weigh about 185 lbs. Monkeywrench seems slightly younger so I'd make him born between maybe 1974-1978 and he had brown hair, brown eyes, was 6'1" and weighed 190 lbs. Those are my ideas.

I'd say Road Pig would be born about 1977-1980. He has white hair (w/red stripe), green eyes, is about 6'6" and weighs in at about 300 lbs.

I would do Dade County...like Jim Morrison. Then do a light yellow(parchment) background, with grayscale photos.
