I also appreciate the sacrifice our soldiers make everyday of their lives. I might not agree on our foreign policy or the politicians we have elected, but I would never turn my back on the real people who make this country great, and continue to allow us the freedom to walk outside and enjoy the United States of America each day. Go visit a Veteran's Memorial Cemetery near you. My folks used to take me every Memorial Day; it was a great time to talk as a family about their sacrifice and what all we have to be thankful for. You can search for a local facility here

My dad was in the military for 20+ years. I was going to join but he talked me out of it. I am very thankful for what these soldiers and sailors have done for us past and present. Thank you guys and gals for everything. Also for the military enthusiasts out there, check out Band of Brothers. Watch this and you will be moved.
