Are the Target Exclusives over?

Hey guys. Now that Im back in civilization for the summer Ive been looking for the Target Exclusives. I cant find them anywhere. Did I miss that boat? Were they a one time deal? Thanks! Sam

the retail price on them was 9.99 each

the price for the vehicle line is 14.99 each

so you can pick them up for 15-20 depending on what vehicle u want :)

Other than one or two on the clerance endcaps of the toy aisles I haven't seen any more either. I think they're gone for now.

My Target hasn't had them since the big rush to get them. So yeah, sorry to say but it looks like they are gone...

It's a shame, too. These were some items that literally were all "hoarded" or "scalped" at every Target near me. I saw them once, and luckily picked up one of each. After that, they were gone.

My Targets have never placed the 3 vehicles in the toy section. They have always been near the checkout lines on an end cap.

One local Target still has all three.

There are 3 targets that I visit in my local baltimore area . I got my vehicles out of the stock room. I never seen any on the end caps or shelves. IF they were put out , they were scalped up quick.

I saw them for about a month on and off at my local target, then one day I went in and the end cap was taken down and none were in the toy department, I haven't seen them since.

I constantly checked the neary Targets and none of them ever had any - while I was there. I got a PM from a guy saying his wife found some up by the registers and picked them up, but to this date, I still haven't seen one in the stores. I did manage to get some from a guy here for retail plus shipping, but I had it mailed to my parents house, and that was a while ago, so I haven't seen them yet, but they did tell me the package arrived.

My targets still have them.. but they arent on the shelf. I punch the number in to the scanner and it says they have them in the back.

they took the endcap down long ago in m.c. md. i had to ask them to get tehm from the back again as that is where they ended up. over the course of the last couple months, i've cleaned them out. others were able to do this as well as i missed a shot at a couple more hiss tanks and awe strikers.

could you not call your local target and have them serach your region for stores that might have some left?

About a week ago I saw them at the local Target (Roseville, suburb of Twin Cities). Not HISS tanks, but the AWE and the SHARC. They are always at endcaps near the checkout though, not in the toy aisle.

Here all of the exclusives (The Joe, TF and SW) disappeared weeks ago. The weird thing is they had tons of TFs and SW figures and they just vanished and never went clearance here.

they are over, i talked to the manager of my local target when they were taking the display down, and he said it was a short run kind of thing and that it was over they were not getting any more. we to had tons of the dumb star wars and transformers exclusives left and i guess they were going to clearence since the display was coming down. another case of either the retailers or hasbro shorting everyone on supply. i was told by the manager that a "dealer" and he knew the guy was a dealer came in everytime they restocked them and bought every one. matter of fact this same guy hoards up all the figures at my target to, he had the audacity to leave an add for his dumb internet site stuck to the gi joe peg. his store is called "C-9 COLLECTABLES" if you know this guy i would not buy from him as he is scalping and ripping us all off. I found out the same guy was buying up all the figures from our tru as well from the manager and that he was trying to buy them a case at a time when they came in but the manager said they put a stop to that because he said they were not a wholesaler. Back on point the targat vehicles are appearantly over which leaves me asking the question, will these be really hard to come by now since they had a "VERY" short run of about 2 and a half months

my target took down the isle display, it had a few vehicles on the day before, the lady said that "the display is over", they didnt even put any leftovers where the figures are.. so who knows... I guess they are done?
but i did hear a rumor of more target vehicles in the near future.

in my case, they simply returned the left over exclusives to the back of the store. i had to check the aisle price checkers to find them still in stock and ask to get them.

Doubt you'll see a restock. The Star Wars exclusives were made in a much higher quantity, and - this might be debatable - were probably in lower demand.

I only saw three Night Specters and my friend and I bought 2 of them. The end cap was full of those SW two-packs. Never to be seen again huh. Oh well I picked up a Crankcase from a Tank member. I only wanted the Grand Slam, can't even give away a night specter. If any one wants one I don't want much for it. On to the next big score.

May I ask why you'd return them? I know you offered to sell them, but why wouldn't you just do that before returning them?

I only saw the Night Specter, and that was at a Target forty miles away.
All my local ones had bupkiss. Plenty of SW and Transformers.
And the 2 Night Specters I saw had boxes that were beat to hell, but since I'm not a MOCer it didn't bug me too much. From the series I really only had to have Grand Slam, so I got him, and Torpedo got a great new ride. Maybe HTS will put it up eventually. They've done that with "exclusives" in the past.

Keep checking your Targets! I punched in the DCPI # 087060918 at three Targets today. Two of the Targets showed that they were in the stockroom. The employee at one of the stores told me that they were still at their warehouse but not in the stockroom and I should check back tomorrow.

At the other Target I was able to find a very helpful employee named Robert. I asked if he could look in the back for me because the exclusives were listed in the stockroom but not on the shelves. He asked me for the DCPI #, punched it in, and told me they were discontinued. He then said his scannner shows that they have them in the back. He called the stockroom and, sure enough, they said they had them and he was off to retrieve a box for me.

So thanks to my friends at the Tank (for the DCPI # and the $5 off coupon) and Robert at Target, I was finally able to score a set of the exclusives. Woo Hoo!

I only saw them 1 day on lunch . I left work to see if any figures were in and used the front door instead of my usual garden center entrance. They were at a register endcap. Got 1 of each. Never saw them again.

A few Targets here all of a sudden have the TF and Star Wars exclusives in the isle with the rest of their lines, at full price still. NO sign of any Joe stuff though.
