Wave 4 and Wave 8 Commander - Same UPC

I noticed something today. The Cobra Commander from Wave 8 (w/mass device piece) has the exact same UPC code as the Wave 4 Commander. As I have several Wave 4 CC's on sealed cards, I will be returning one using the Wave 8 CC receipt. Just thought some of you that may prefer Wave 8 CC to the Wave 4 version might like to know this. They are considered the same for store inventory purposes.

I checked Duke and Roadblock as well, but their UPCs are different. This is the only character I have found that has the same UPC for two different versions.

the wave 7 vipers and wave 8 vipers also have the same UPCs... they are the same exact figures but the cards are different.
