25th Tomax/Xamot Comic pack...

Got a wee lil' problem...

Back when I got the 2 pack, it came with 2(!!!) Xamot file cards...

Was this normal? Anyone else have this Hasbro SNAFU?

I had contacted them, but they wanted me to return the entire product and "will reimburse you with an item of equal or lesser value."

WTF?

It's not THAT big a deal to me that I'd risk giving up the twins, seeing as how I haven't seen ANY in retail, and don't wanna repay a few bucks more for online, and I already have enough of everything else (except Vipers)

So...Willing to trade in exchange for a Tomax card (Maybe someone out there got 2 Tomaxes and needs a Xamot?)

I feel you. I bought a Star Wars Vader's Sith Starfighter, and it didn't have the stickers OR missiles! They wanted me to ship it back, which they would pay for, and then wait for them to ship me a new one. I am sure it is easier for them to just get the one that came without, back, but logically if I got one without the stickers and missiles there should be some stickers and missiles they could send me, somewhere, right?

Edit: I realize that it doesn't quite work that way, but I was trying to illustrate the point that they basically could just send me some stickers and missiles without TOO much hassle.

I'd have had no problem doing it, but the "item of equal value" aspect scares me....

Of course all of the sudden, the TnX packs are ALL OVER THE PLACE...I saw at least 20 of em this past weekend at various stores.

...So tempting...

You know something, I've had a problem with hasbro before. I once bought a star wars death star gunner figure and it came with 2 left legs. I contacted hasbro, telling them, and they told me to mail the figure to them and they'd send me another. needless to say i told them to go screw themselves, and that their quality control sucks lol

I guess I over reacted, but for your case, its just a file card, they should send you a file card without you having to send the figures back, i mean its only a printed piece of cardboard.
