Ebay Error Need Advice !

Hey I was on Ebay witch i am new to and saw this item a 1988 destro with despoiler now it was close to the end of the auction and i bid on it and had the winning bid but i diddnt see that the person only had pay pal as form of payment listed below i win the auction and left 3 messages and no responce yet whut should i do ?

hope it dosent ruin my name on ebay now over a rookie mistake any advice would help
and yes now i know i should read it more carefully before hitting the bid button

I would wait a few days. It is possible that the buyer is not on his computer. Most ebayers will only accept paypal as a form of payment due to scams and such. You have more protection than sending a money order and this is good for the buyer. On the flip side the seller could cancel the auction and if you agree, the fees can be refunded back to seller. This happened to me a few weeks ago but it has to be a mutual agreement.

its crazy cus i been dealing with one guy on here and hes really cool ive had no problems so far sumthing told me dont venture off into ebay in fear of things like this and my first attempt to buy sumthing this happens " My Luck ! "

i have have problems as a buyer and a seller on Ebay but since I used Paypal I always had things resolved in my favor.

i wanted to get pay pal but the girlfreind didnt want me to do it in fear ill go crazy buying things im gonna have to work at convincing her i guess sucks 4 me

My guess is the seller is waiting for you to buy it with Paypal. I'm guessing he is not happy that you won it for so cheap. If you don't pay by so many days he is going to withdrawl from the deal due to lack of payment and make himself happy.

2 things:

1. I've had sellers wait a day or so before getting back to me with a total (Some sellers don't spend their lives on ebay) So I wouldn't sweat him getting back to you

2. I don't see anywhere on there that the seller ONLY accepts paypal. I see the bit that says he prefers Paypal, but I have that too and I accept money orders as well.

Just wait, I'm sure it'll all be cool in the end
