How CharIJoe ended up on HISStank.

This is honest, and a few people who knew the story thought I should post it for your amusement.


First there are a 2 things you should know

1. I am fairly new to joes, I watched the cartoon as a kid but I started hunting toys towards the end of 2007. (this is just kind of backing up point number 2)

2. I had no idea whatsoever what a "Hiss Tank" was untill I joined this site.



Well as some of you know, I am a personal assistant. As part of my job I sort through my boss's email and as all of you know when you join HissTank you receive a welcome email. I saw the welcome email in his inbox, filed it away to personal and was a bit disturbed.

A few days laters he says to me to "join this great gijoe site" So I pull up my internet explorer and he gives me the URL and I bust out laughing.

Well when I saw the welcome email from HissTank I (not knowing yet what a Hiss Tank was) misinterpreted the name. I read it not as "HissTank" but I read it as "HisStank" and I was under the impression that he had subscribed to a very, very odd porn site by the name of "His Stank"

I explained this to him and he busted out laughing and said something along the lines of "why didn't you ask me about it" and I said "Hey if your into weird porn, thats your thing!"


So yes ladies and gentlemen, I originally thought HissTank was a very wierd porn site. Called HisStank.
