Yeah you've sort of changed my mind about them being totally secretive. Mostly for the reason that they may get better recruits. So the idea of integrative/collective training makes sense. You know they want to run through a typical fast attack manuevers by land or air. Practice Airborne Drops, or waterborne insertions. Although you figure the Joes are probably always active. So they get a lot of on the job training, and maybe cutting edge equipment training.
