Actually you are incorrect. Under copyright law, who ever took the photo owns it. Go on, check it out. You ever tried to get a picture printed at Kinkos? they will also explain to you that the photographer is the rightful owner of the picture and only he can reproduce it.
Even those pictures of your family that were profesionaly taken. You dont own them, the photographer does.
And since Hasbro wasnt the photographer, they dont own them. Now, if they didnt want people taking pictures at all, they should have prohibitied cellphones and cameras. but they didnt.
