If that's all it takes, great. If he can get people (self included) the product they ordered years ago in a timely manner from this point forward, at a level of quality representative of the price we paid, I might reconsider my stance. Right now, I'm skeptical. The constant missing of windows has certainly taken its toll on my confidence, and while I'm all for transparency, seeing all of the excuses (yes) gets tiring - I want execution. Hopefully people understand what I'm getting at. Most of it is just frustration at this point.
