That’s true, but with all the gear the Joes have, I always thought of them less like a Delta Force type unit and more like some sort of Rapid Deployment Force, more like an airborne unit, with their own integral armor, artillery, and air assets. It stretches credibility when you get into fighter jets and aircraft carries, but still.
