I forgot about this until you mentioned it, but IDW had an updated homage retelling of the beginning of ARAH, didn't they? It was subtle but I feel like when I was reading it in the first year of the IDW continuity, I kept thinking "oh wow, this is like in issue #xx of ARAH when xxx happened." Am I imagining it? Like issue 3 they fought a Cobra robot and so on? I can't recall the specifics.
