Among the topics discussed were Mark's time with McFarlane Toys, the hiring process at Hasbro, his contributions (and unused ideas) to the Transformers Generations brand, and his brief stint with GI Joe.
He comments on the limits he saw in developing new figure concepts, some of his favorite developments (including the Gary Goggles' tribute in the Sightline figure),the rush of showing brand new product, and his ultimate exit from the brand.
His interview starts around the 5 hour and 47 minute mark, with his comments on Joe starting around the 6 hour and 39 minute mark.

Thanks for posting this. I wasnt going to listen to a 9 hour Transformers podcast. But once I saw your post, I listened to the Joe stuff. I realized I used to listen to Mark Weber on the radio in DC on SportsTalk 980. I had no idea that guy went on to be in charge of my favorite toy property. Thanks for connecting the dots for me. It was a great listen. Weber really loved the line and it showed.
