Well, you said you wanted to cast and to hit you up with anything and everything!! As far as easy casting... not sure if there is such a thing especially if you are doing heads and torsos with such small details. I've tried using the easy cast kits from Hobby Lobby but had terrible problems with air bubbles, that's why the pressure tank and air compressor would help. And those small kits are expensive! I am not saying buy jugs of that stuff and mass produce, but seriously if you want to cast quality parts that you don't have to spend tons of time puttying and sanding that's the best way I've seen. Contact the guys at Tofujesse, Angelforge, Level7toys, or Starwarsgeek and see how they do it. If you have to buy more product than you want maybe you can make additional parts and sell them on ebay or something to help offset your costs.
