Low-Light is AMAZING!!! He comes with an actual in scale bullet. It's crazy.
He's got a new wrist articulation. Snake-Eyes can now point his sword forward and Low-Light can actually lay down to shoot.
So, one of the bullets comes out of that case of them? That's going to be an easily lost part.
I'd be happier about the new wrist articulation if he had new neck articulation as well - it's still going to be tough to put him in a decent sniper pose, even with the improved wrists. (Still, nice to see they did it)

Cool - hope they don't screw it up.

Billy/Spirit looks really good, but that Quick Kick leaves me cold. Nice that he finally found shoes and a shirt, but I wish he looked more military and less like a Cobra Kai.

This is what's bothered me most since they started showing pictures this weekend. We've got four waves of PoC and that's all? There's
got
to be more waves for next year. I'm really surprised we're only getting two this fall, as well.
Also, no sign of exclusives other than the two TRU ones. Think they're holding them until SDCC, or do you think the other retailers aren't getting any?

Likewise, when the pics started showing up. Great looking figure. Easily the coolest thing they showed.

I already have the iconic Spirit in the 25th, so PoC Spirit will become Dart.
That Spirit may be iconic, but it's not a great-looking figure. The longer I've had him, the more the headsculpt annoys me. I'll probably switch over to using the new one when he comes out as my definitive Spirit.
Thoughts on the other figures:
Storm Shadow is a big ol' pass. Don't like the figure at all. He's really the only one I'm majorly unhappy with.
Destro has potential with some headswaps, as a heavy armored BAT, updated SAW Viper, or something along those lines. Very nice.
Salvo/Duke is a decent looking figure, but the backpack gun is a step backwards. Still, he'd make a good generic figure and could be army built with headswaps.
Snake Eyes is going to make a great commando, and again, lots of army building potential there with headswapping.
Shadow Tracker still looks cool. What're the neon string things that he was shown with, though?
The Cobra Shock Trooper may become the base of my OpFor from now on. Great looking figure.
Sky Dive makes for a nicely repurposed Desert Ripcord.
Where was Crazylegs & the SAW Viper we were told in Q&As we were getting? Later waves, maybe, or another exclusive?
The new vehicle figures are mostly just okay - I've only seen good pics of Alpine and Desert Scorpion this morning.
