I assume the frustration comes from collectors whose excitement of finally finding product on the shelves is dashed by realizing the cards have been damaged. the problem, though, is that the fact that they are damaged inherently means someone else was there first, and had they not damaged them, maybe someone else would have bought them before you, so you wouldn't have found them at all had they not been damaged. you dont know where yo were in the line of finding them, so you don't know had they not been damaged had you found them mint before a scalper or hoarder. I'm not defending the action, simply trying to present some perspective to deal with the aggravation.
