We don't know, or even have the slightest idea what it costs to make a Joe figure. The articulation and accessories have gone up with RoC, so even if we knew for 25th, we couldn't automatically apply those numbers.

Many others have done the same.
This only hurts the line in the long run. The profits from RoC are what is making PoC possible. If retailers have to sell their stock at cost to clear it out, they'll be less likely to order more Joes in the future.

Or maybe we spend according to a monthly budget. I don't care what a fig cost per unit, if the price per fig goes up, it just means I can't buy as many that month. I also believe in supporting what I personally think is a good line. You can insulkt me with your childish name-calling all you want for that and say I'm beyond help, but the fact is your practice of waiting until clearance prices is what's actually hurting the line. Anyone that knows anything about business will tell you the same.

Hasbro will continue to profit and happy collectors will pad their collections with clearanced merchandise. All will be well in the Joeverse and we will start all over again... or something like that.
Again, you'r making an assumption that the retailers are still making a profit at $5 a figure, despite testimony from people who work at chain stores who stay they're barely making a profit at $8 a pop.
You on the other hand, didn't produce a single iota of evidence to back up anything you've said. No offense, but it sounds to me like you're just randomly (and if you'll excuse the term) "talking out of your ass" rather than speaking from any actual knowledge or experience on this matter.
