DESTRO is the faceless power behind the Military Armaments Research Syndicate, which manufactures advanced weaponry. He provides high-tech arms to the COBRA organization (or any side able to meet his price) and will start conflicts where they don’t exist, to keep his business thriving. The silver mask he wears Is a family tradition and should be regarded with respect and fear because behind that mask is a skilled warrior, excellent military tactician and a formidable opponent in any battle. He is also an accomplished fighter pilot, a fact that proves harrowing (and potentially deadly) to the G.I. JOE team on more than one mission.
