In the dark COBRA warehouse, he positions himself to take DESTRO and the SHOCK TROOPERS by surprise

Low-Light was made using a new head and the parts from two different figures - the body and legs from Pursuit of Cobra Beachhead and the arms from Pursuit of Cobra Jungle Viper. Low-Light was released as part of the fourth wave of G.I.Joe figures.

Low-Light came with a black rifle with removable stock, scope, suppressor, and bipod, a black submachine gun, a black knife, black and red goggles, a red and gray vest, a black backpack, a black rifle case, a black field telephone with removable handset and antenna, a black and red spotting scope with removable tripod, a black and copper ammo box with removable bullet, a red and black GPS locator, and a black display stand.

G.I.Joe is the code name for a special operations unit of highly trained men and women. Their purpose is to defend the world against COBRA, a ruthless organization with criminal tentacles in every nation on earth.
